This was the start of me having commissions, being known as an artist, and figuring out that I should probably be an art teacher, because being an artist seems impossible.

Ski Dancer

This Charcoal piece I did my first "photoshoot" where I took a concept I had and made it come to life.

Very rewarding art piece.

My concept: I did dance since I was 3 and quit in middle school to do field hockey, ski team, track and field. I was now skiing trapped in a dancers body. I was changing my identity.

It's not perfect portion wise. But it will always be special to me.
